Booking and cancellation Policy

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your appointments 2 weeks in advance.

For those of you restricted to evening and weekend appointments we recommend 4 weeks in advance to ensure you get the time you require; however we do try to be flexible around clients, opening early and closing late, where possible, so we can be open for you when you need us.

Here at Zé Lashes your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointment times need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with; however we would be grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice for all amendments to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients looking to visit us and to avoid a 50% cancellation fee or an upfront deposit policy required for future appointments.
